Whitney Port is that one chick you used to hear about like 7 months ago who has that poorly rated show on MTV where she does fashion design. She did get her fashion degree at a Costco though, so that makes her totally capable of design bikinis, or wearing them for that matter - in a cheap manner, I'll admit.
